Designers aim to dilute the closed relationship between indoors and outdoors, while at the same time building an open and panoramic house from a flat floor. The staggered configuration of the upland terraces is the main driving force for the vast sequence of scenes.
To prevent the landscape from being obscured, the team purposely weakened the heavy presence of the partitioning wall and used the lower floors to get the full view. Through consideration of the north-south landscape, the house is extended to the south axis with transparent glass doors. Depressed floors provide unlimited resting space.
At the same time, the ladder metaphorically transforms the function of the terrace. Interestingly, the ascending staircase gradually functions as dining tables and chairs, indirectly conducing the interaction of the occupants. At any height, you can enjoy a leisurely tranquility.
